Drapalin Pharmaceuticals GmbH is an international pharmaceutical wholesaler of medical cannabis. We are committed to providing high quality herbal medicines to improve the quality of life of patients.

For our office in Munich we are looking for the next possible date for a

Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

  • Independently conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel communication campaigns for various target audiences, create project plans, and ensure timely implementation
  • Development of sales strategies and concepts in cooperation with our sales team and operational implementation of these with support from internal marketing department and/or external service providers
  • Creative and content-based preparation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, SEO texts, etc.) and writing of editorial contributions and advertising texts
  • Expansion and profiling of our social media marketing channels as part of the overall marketing strategy including regular content creation and community management
  • Strategic further development of the marketing strategy through constant market observation and examination of new approaches and trends

Your profile:

  • You have completed a degree with a focus on marketing or sales or can provide proof of comparable training
  • You bring extensive professional experience (at least three years) as a marketing manager or as a consultant in an agency and have implemented successful campaigns across different channels
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is desirable, but not mandatory
  • You have very good knowledge in the structure of different text types (such as press release, website content, SEO text, product description, etc.).
  • You think strategically and entrepreneurially and have a solution-oriented approach
  • You have a good feel for current market events and enthusiasm for our products
  • You bring with you a strong ability to work in a team and a high level of self-motivation
